I believe this was built specifically for an Achilles 24, fin keel. It is based on
a very robust axle from a truck, and has a plate for the keel, with snubber, and
5 vertical supports with pads set up for the hull. It has overun brakes (not tested)
and a new jockey wheel. There is a number plate / light bar across the back
The wheels, bearings, rubber mudguards, springs and tyres are all strong and good,
with brass-ferrule valved inner-tubes sitting on rim gaiters. They have kept their
pressure for some years while trailer was in our barn.
Looking at comparables (very few of those) I think that this must be worth around
£1250, but this is very negotiable.
